How can I get Unity web player working? I have javascript and I downloaded unity, but I still can't view it on this computer.

Anybody lose unity player today?
Am on Safari and never had a problem. Today I get a "Unity player install now?" instead of the race.
Suggestions?

I'm fine on Safari.

Do you have auto updates turned off? Maybe they did an update and it kicked off unity.
Have you tried to re-install unity?

Try right-click on Safari icon (or in Program Files-Safari)). Click 'restore previous versions'.

Mine is still from Feb. 2nd 2018.

If there are no previous versions, then it's back to the drawing board for another solution.

Sunfish, I have the same problem. The latest Safari update does not support NPAPI which is what Unity player is.    There can't be many web browsers that support it now.

I guess the answer is to keep a separate older version Safari just to run the viewer ?

That's exactly what I do. Turn off 'auto-updates'. I only use Safari to view the races, so it's no big deal for me.
