Back to the drawing board and this time doing the opposite GGGE and this is what came:

sire-Grassy (3,416)
DS-Solid Illusion (12,341)
DDS-Nom Du Jeu (1,585)

Did not matter where I put that E-card, got skunked on both breedings.

Update:   I raced the two horses I bred.

GGGE  horse named EBooster (2yo) finished 4th of 7 in $15,000 claiming race at 17/1
EGGG horse named EGGG on the Cards (3yo) ran in $35,000 claiming at 19/1 and won against field of 7.

Can't complain about the win

I got Excelebration as my A-card about two years ago.  Still can't figure that out.

The odd part is some of my most useful horses have been card breds. I think even if the breeding is crap they racked up more points and seem to have held up longer than the nicely bred babies. From d and e cards I have also gotten two year old shares that became stakes winners so... I find it useful especially to breed to poor producing well bred mares

I went with an E-G-G-G plug, er horse...

DOUBLE PINOCHLE

Sire: Fadaaei (ranked 2,219, died in 2014, still can make 2yo's.. go figure)
Damsire: Hydrogen (ranked 4.985, 4900 as damsire)
Grand Damsire: Practitioner (son of Dr Fager, born 1973, damsire rating is... 17,096)

Just for laughs, Double Pinochle is debuting in a small stakes at Iowa. :)   Err... Nope. Changed my mind and put her in a cheap MCL instead. She'll probably still be at least 50/1.

Decided to do this just for fun, to see how craptastic a horse I could create.  This is what EGGG gave me:

Whipper: Sire rank 2808, only produced 25 foals in the last 5 years (14 winners though)
Edenwold: DS rank 10,311 LOL to his credit, as a DS he has 2 winners from 2 foals
San Luis: DS rank 6669, he's produced 4 foals as a sire and 10 (5 winners) as a DS

Can say that I've never heard of the two sires on the dam's side, but at least know who the sire is.  So that's a plus, I guess.

Coming soon to a MCL 2k near you, a local bred one if it exists.
